1.Comply with the general safe operation procedure of cutting machine.Start the laser in strict accordance with the laser startup procedure.

3.Wear labor protection equipment according to the regulations. Wear protective glasses in accordance with the regulations near the laser beam.

7.If any abnormality is found in the process of processing, the machine shall be stopped immediately and the fault shall be removed or reported to the supervisor in a timely manner.

8.Keep the laser, the bed and the surrounding area clean, orderly and free from oil, and stack the workpiece, plate and waste according to the regulations.

9.When using gas cylinders, welding wires should be avoided to avoid electric leakage accidents.The use and transportation of cylinders shall comply with the cylinder monitoring regulations.Do not expose cylinders to the sun or near a heat source.When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle nozzle.

10.High voltage safety procedures should be observed during maintenance.Every 40 hours of operation or weekly maintenance, every 1,000 hours of operation or every six months of maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the rules and procedures.

11.Start the machine at low speed X and Y manually after starting the machine, check and confirm whether there is any abnormal situation.

12.After the new workpiece program input, should first try to run, and check its operation.

13.When working, pay attention to the operation of the machine, so as to avoid the cutting machine out of the effective travel range or two collision accidents.

The polarization properties of laser beams.Like any other transmission of electromagnetic waves, lasers have electric and magnetic vectors perpendicular to each other in two directions, both of which are orthogonal to the direction of laser transmission.It is generally believed that the direction of the electric vector is the polarization direction of the beam.The polarization property of beam affects the energy absorption of beam.Cutting parallel to the polarization of the beam results in a narrow cut with a smooth, straight edge.If there is an Angle between the cutting direction and the polarization plane, the energy absorption decreases the cutting speed, and the cutting speed slows down.Once the cutting direction is perpendicular to the polarization direction the edges won't be rough but the cutting speed will be slower and the damage will be wider. Right?The cutting quality has declined significantly.Although this is required in principle it is difficult to keep the cutting direction parallel to the polarization direction during multi-axis motion.A phase delay device is provided to overcome this instability.Studies have shown that circularly polarized light is most suitable for cutting metals.Most lasers produce polarized light 45 degrees from the vertical direction.The phase delay device converts the line-polarized light into circularly polarized light.This method is very effective for cutting metal. Right?But it doesn't work with other materials like plastic and wood.

Auxiliary gas selection and air pressure setting.The typical pressure value is 150-300kpa when cutting sheet material at high speed.It usually takes only 40-60kpa to cut 12 - thick plates.

Cutting speed.When the velocity is too slow, the pinnate Martian particles will flow down directly.
