The CNC router machine can efficiently engrave and cut the plate. Generally, when cutting a large number of small workpieces, a plate, usually MDF, PVC, acrylic, etc., will be placed on the worktable of the CNC engraving machine.

 

A backing plate is placed on the CNC engraving machine table to protect the table from damage. Once the table surface is uneven, it will affect the fastness coefficient of the plate fixing, and also affect the machining accuracy of the workpiece. The worktable and the engraving equipment are integrally connected together. Once damaged, the time and cost of replacing the worktable is not small. Therefore, we need a backing plate. Even if the backing plate is not flat, we only need to replace the backing plate directly. The time and cost of replacing the backing plate are much smaller.
