Laser marking machine can permanently mark on metal and non-metal materials, and is a popular marking equipment in the market. When you use a laser marking machine, only by setting the correct parameters can you mark or engrave a precise design pattern. Start by preparing the over size 300x300mm black material and follow the steps below.

 

Step 1: Open the EZCAD file location and click “CorFileEnu2”.

Step 2: Select “F1” then modify  the value like the picture.Click “OK”.

Step 3: Put the material on the table, then select ‘’F3’’. Check whether the real marking result is the same as program shows, if not, press “change  image” until they are the same.

Measure all the point’s coordinate, then input the value to the program. Then press”OK”.

Step 4: Select “F8”, it will mark on the black material.

Check the outline is straight or not, if it is curve, modify the value of which point influences.

Modify the coordinate until the outline is correct.

 

Step 5: Save the configuration parameters, then import to the EZCAD program.

According to the above steps, after adjusting the marking parameters, you can use the laser marking machine for marking.

 

The laser marking machine should also pay attention to maintenance in daily use, which can not only prolong the service cycle, but also avoid potential safety hazards. You can follow the suggestions below.

 

1. When the laser marking machine is not working, the power of the marking machine should be cut off.

2. When the laser marking equipment is not in use, cover the field lens to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens.

3. For non-professionals, do not overhaul it when the machine is turned on, so as to avoid electric shock accidents.

4. When the laser marking machine fails, the power should be cut off immediately.

5. If the surface of the focusing mirror of the marking machine is polluted, remove the focusing mirror and gently scrub the lower surface, and replace the cotton swab or lens paper every time you wipe one side.

6. During the working process of the marking machine, do not move the marking machine to avoid damage to the machine.

7. Do not cover or stack other items on the laser marking machine, so as not to affect the cooling effect of the machine.
