1. Power on

Before starting up, first make sure that all connections between the CNC router and the computer are normal, and then turn on the power of the engraving machine and the computer. After the system is started, enter the CNC system.

2. Mechanical reset

After starting the system, according to the system prompt, click the corresponding button, the CNC router will automatically return to the mechanical origin, and the coordinate system will be corrected.

3. View I/O status

Check the input and output of each signal, and check whether there is a fault signal to ensure that the woodworking engraving machine can be processed safely.

4. Load the machining program

Before processing, the user generally needs to load the required processing program, otherwise all functions related to automatic processing will be invalid.

5. Determine the workpiece origin

The origin of the X, Y, Z, A coordinates in the machining program is the workpiece origin. Before machining, you first need to set the workpiece origin.
