Machine features
The automatic feeding oscillating knife cutting machine is equipped with a lifting feeding platform, which uses infrared light to sense the position of the material and adjust the platform to a suitable height.
The CNC vibrating knife has fast cutting speed, high precision and stable performance. Various tool heads can be installed to suit different materials.
It is equipped with a CCD camera, which quickly scans the entire processing area before cutting, then identifies the reference point, and positions the material to achieve precise cutting.
Pneumatic oscillating Tools
The Pneumatic oscillating tools is an air-driven tool particularly well suitable for cutting tough, dense materials but can also handle soft, thicker ones, for example foam.
Automatic Loading Platform
The automatic loading platform uses infrared light to sense the position of the material and adjust the platform to the right height.
Then the material to be processed is transported to the worktable through the feeding sucker.
CCD Camera
The fully automatic camera has a scanning positioning system, which can automatically find materials and accurately locate the patterns that need to be cut.
CCD camera is professionally used for fast information acquisition of printed patterned materials or irregular materials.

Cutting function of oscillation tool: can cut many different materials, such as corrugated paper, cardboard, offset paper, grey board, rubber,honeycomb board, gasket, leather, carpet and mat.
Function of dotted line: It is used to fold them after half cutting corrugated paper and grey card paper, and to cut dotted line.
Punching function: It can punch hole on the material, such as leather,carton, pvc, carpet and mat, etc.
Folding function: It can fold corrugated paper, card paper and offset board into perfect folding line.
