In the cutting process, the auxiliary gas of the laser cutter
is essential! We often use oxygen and nitrogen, of course, the higher the gas purity, the better the cutting quality. There are also many customers who want to save costs and use air cutting. However, during the cutting process, there is always fine water mist on the protective lens, and the cutting quality is poor.
The role of auxiliary gas
1. To blow off the residue to achieve the best cutting effect;
2. It can effectively achieve the effect of smooth cutting surface, no burrs, and no slag hanging, which belongs to micro cutting;
3. Use gas to blow away the metal slag to protect the lens and prevent the slag from sticking to the lens and affecting the cutting quality;
4. It can react with materials and increase cutting speed. For example, the use of oxygen can achieve the support effect of combustion.
Although air can be used as an auxiliary gas, because the air contains water and oil, if it is not treated, it will cause lens pollution, the cutting head will be unstable, and the cutting effect and quality will not meet the standard. Therefore, when using air cutting, it is necessary to equip the fiber laser cutter with a cold dryer to better solve this problem. The cold dryer can forcibly cool the compressed air below the specified dew point temperature, condense the large amount of water vapor and oil mist contained in it into droplets, and then discharge the compressed air out of the machine through gas-liquid separation to dry the compressed air.
Cleaning steps for lens protection of laser cutter:
The protective lens material is ZnSe (zincate arsenide), so it is brittle and afraid of falling; care must be taken when disassembling: do not use too much force, and do not collide with hard objects. When cleaning the laser cutter to protect the lenses, be sure to use clean wipes and optical grade solvents to prevent damage from other contaminants. Since most contaminants and surface defects are relatively small in size, it is often necessary to use magnifying equipment when inspecting the lens.
Instead, you can use gloves and special devices. For smaller lenses, it is more convenient to use optical tweezers or vacuum tweezers. No matter what method is used to clamp the fiber laser cutter to protect the lens, it can only be clamped along the non-glossy surface, such as the frosted edge of the lens edge. The wipe paper must be moistened with a suitable solvent, not dry. Considering the softness, the usable wipe paper is pure cotton wipe paper or coated paper, such as cotton ball, lens paper, cotton swab and so on. In addition to magnifying equipment, it is sometimes necessary to illuminate the optical surface with a relatively bright beam to enhance the specular reflection intensity of surface contaminants and defects, so that contaminants and defects can be found more easily.
The box refers to the box processed with sheet metal processing equipment. The stainless steel sheet metal laser cutter
is used for the processing of cabinets. We all know that at present, customers have very high requirements for cabinets and strict requirements on appearance. In fact, the appearance is not only related to the beauty of the product, but also directly reflects the quality of the product, and has a great influence on the future use effect.
Laser cutter, fast cutting speed, no burrs, no slag before and after, no black edges.
Pipe hole cutting: cutting patterns can be set in the cutting system, suitable for stamping of various metals and alloys (iron, copper, aluminum alloy, magnesium, zinc and other metals), rare metals and alloys (gold, silver, titanium) and other materials Processing.
Suitable for all kinds of metal tubes: round tube, square tube, rectangular tube, oval tube, waist tube, D-shaped tube, hexagonal tube, special-shaped tube, etc.
Chassis and cabinets are widely used in electronics, electrical, communications, medical, rail transit, military, security, building control, financial securities, instrumentation and many other fields.
With the increasing application of sheet metal, the design of sheet metal parts has become a very important link in the product development process. Mechanical engineers must master the design skills of sheet metal parts, so that the designed sheet metal can not only meet the function and appearance requirements of the product, but also make the manufacture of stamping dies simple and low-cost.
Laser cutting is a technological revolution in sheet metal processing and a "processing center" for sheet metal processing. Laser cutting has the advantages of high flexibility, fast cutting speed, high production efficiency, and short production cycle, which has won a broad market for customers.
Regardless of simple or complex parts, stainless steel sheet laser cutting can be used for one-time precision rapid prototyping cutting. The cutting seam is narrow, the cutting quality is good, the degree of automation is high, the operation is simple, the labor intensity is low, and there is no pollution. Realize automatic nesting, improve material utilization, low production cost and good economic benefits
Sawing method is currently the most widely used processing method. It not only has a wide range of applications in the field of stone, but also has been widely used in civil engineering. In the natural stone industry and related industries, many customers use diamond tools to process fiber laser cutters. Metal bond diamond tools were introduced into the natural stone processing and civil engineering industries decades ago. We can predict the best processing conditions, but in the laser cutter production process, achieving the best processing size and improving diamond performance are the most basic conditions.
The level of impurity content in natural stone directly affects the melting speed of natural stone slabs, which in turn affects the cutting speed of the machine. If the cutting speed cannot be well controlled, it will have a certain impact on the quality of the cutting joints of natural stone slabs. When the thickness of the slab changes linearly, the speed of the laser cutter
changes nonlinearly. At present, the processing of natural stone slabs is mainly based on high-performance sawing machines. With the expansion of the application range of laser cutters, laser cutters can also be used for stone cutting.
