    1. Replace the water and clean the water tank (it is recommended to clean the water tank and replace the circulating water once a week)

    The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube.It is recommended to use pure water, the temperature of which should be controlled below 35℃.When the temperature exceeds 35℃, the circulating water should be replaced or ice should be added to the water to reduce the water temperature.It is recommended that users choose one cooler or use two tanks.
    Clean the water tank: First, turn off the power, pull out the water inlet pipe, let the water in the laser tube flow into the tank automatically, open the tank, take out the water pump, and remove the dirt from the pump.Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, return the water pump to the tank, insert the water pipe connecting the water pump into the inlet, and arrange the connector.Start the pump separately and run for 2-3 minutes (make the laser tube full of circulating water).
    2. Fan cleaning
    Long-term use of the fan will make the fan accumulate a lot of solid dust, make the fan produce a lot of noise, is not conducive to smoke and deodorization.When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the exhaust pipe is not smooth, first turn off the power, remove the air inlet and exhaust pipe on the fan, remove the internal dust, then reverse the fan, pull the internal blade clean, and then install the fan.
    3. Lens cleaning (it is recommended to clean the lens before work every day, and the equipment must be turned off)
    In the previous introduction to the machine, it was mentioned that the engraving machine has three mirrors and a focusing mirror (the first mirror is located at the laser tube transmitter, i.e. the upper left corner of the machine, the second mirror is located at the left end of the beam, the third mirror is located at the top of the fixed part of the laser head, and the focusing mirror is located in the adjustable tube under the laser head).The laser is reflected and focused by these mirrors, and then emitted from the laser.The lens is prone to dust or other pollutants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage.No. 1 and No. 2 lenses do not need to be removed during cleaning.
