1, the boot

2. Mechanical reset
After starting the system (the system will judge whether the machine tool has "returned to the mechanical origin" before entering the automatic processing), the prompt dialog box of "Mechanical origin" will first appear. Click the corresponding button, and the machine tool of the engraving machine will automatically return to the mechanical origin position and correct the coordinate system.
3. Check the status
Check the input and output of each signal, check whether there is a fault signal, in order to ensure that woodworking engraving machine tools can be safe processing.
4. Loading processing procedure
Before processing, the user generally needs to load the required processing program, otherwise all functions with automatic processing are invalid.
Select "File" - "Open and Load" menu, Windows standard file operation dialog box will pop up, you can select the file to be processed.Or click the right mouse button in the automatic processing window, pop-up shortcut menu, select "Open and load", in the pop-up file operation dialog box to select the desired processing file.Then click the "Open" button, the processor is loaded into the system, and you can click the "Automatic" window to view the current processor.
5. Manual operation
(1) Display manual operation interface
Click the "Manual" window with the mouse to display a manual operation interface. On this interface, the machine tool of the engraving machine can be operated manually.
(2) Manual movement
You can click the corresponding button on the manual operation interface with the mouse to achieve manual movement.It can also be manually moved by the small number key on the keyboard to the CNC woodworking engraving machine tool.It should be noted that the input focus should be switched to the manual window first. The specific method is to switch to the manual window first, then click any position of the manual window with the left mouse button, and press the corresponding number key on the keyboard to achieve manual movement.
6. Determine the origin of the workpiece
The origin of X, Y, B, A coordinates in the processing program is the origin of the workpiece.Before processing, the origin of the workpiece should be set first. The specific method is as follows:
Manually move the
engraving machine tool X axis, Y axis, Z axis and A axis to the desired position of the origin of the workpiece, and reset the coordinate value of the current position in the coordinate window (or select "operation" - "set the current point as the origin of the workpiece"), so that the current position will be used as the origin of the workpiece for processing when the processing program is executed.
7. Automatic processing.Automatic processing refers to the automatic processing of the engraving machine tool according to the selected processing procedures.
(1) Start automatic processing
Select the Action - Start menu item or click the button on the toolbar to automatically execute the machine from the first sentence of the processing program.
(2) Stop automatic processing
In the process of automatic processing, if you want to stop the processing program, select "operation" - "stop" single item or click the button on the toolbar, the engraving machine tool will stop the processing and enter the stop state. This way is a method to make the system stop accurately and orderly.
(3) Suspend automatic processing
If you need to pause the process during automatic processing, select the "Action" - "Pause" menu item or click the button on the toolbar to suspend the engraving machine tool.At this point, if you want to continue the processor, select the Action - Start menu item or click the button on the toolbar.
(4) Continue automatic machining at breakpoint
Select the "Operation" - "Breakpoint Continue" menu item or click the button on the toolbar to automatically continue the processing from the last processing stop line.
