Laser cutting machine is composed of laser generator, beam transmission module, workbench, microcomputer nc cabinet, cooler and computer, etc.
1) Machine host: The machine part of the laser cutting machine, the mechanical part that realizes the movement of X, Y and Z axes, including the cutting working platform.Used to position the workpiece to be cut and move it correctly and accurately according to the control program, usually driven by servo motor.
2) Laser generator: A device for generating laser light source.For the purpose of laser cutting, except for a few occasions to use YAG solid laser, most of them use CO2 gas laser with high electric-optical conversion efficiency and high power output.Because laser cutting requires high beam quality, not all lasers can be used for cutting.Gaussian mode is suitable for carbon dioxide laser less than 1500W, low order mode 100W-3000W, more than 3000W multi-mode.
3) External light path: refracted reflector is used to guide the laser in the required direction.To prevent the beam path from malfunction, all mirrors should be protected by a protective cover and pass through a clean positive pressure protective gas to protect the lens from contamination.A good set of lenses will focus beams of light with no divergence Angle into infinitesimal spots.A lens with a focal length of 5.0 inches is usually used.7.5-inch lens for & GT only;12 mm thick material.
4) NUMERICAL control system: The machine tool is controlled to realize the movement of X, Y and Z axes, and the output power of the laser is also controlled.
5) Regulated power supply: connected with laser, CNC machine tool and power supply system.Mainly plays the role of preventing interference from external power grid.
6) Cutting head: It mainly includes the cavity, focusing lens seat, focusing mirror, capacitive sensor and auxiliary gas nozzle, etc.The cutting head driving device is used to drive the cutting head along the Z axis according to the program. It is composed of servo motor and drive parts such as screw or gear.
7) Operating table: It is used to control the working process of the whole cutting device.
8) Chiller: Used to cool laser generator.Laser is the use of electric energy into light energy device, such as CO2 gas laser conversion rate is generally 20%, the remaining energy will be converted into heat.Cooling water carries the excess heat away to keep the laser generator working properly.The chiller also cools the external optical path mirror and focusing mirror of the machine tool to ensure the stable beam transmission quality and effectively prevent the lens from deformation or cracking due to excessive temperature.
9) Gas cylinders: include working medium gas cylinders and auxiliary gas cylinders of laser cutting machine, industrial gas used to supplement laser oscillation and auxiliary gas used to supply cutting head.
10) Air compressor and air storage tank: provide and store compressed air.
11) Air cooling dryer and filter: it is used to supply clean dry air to the laser generator and beam path, so as to keep the path and reflector working normally.
12) Air extraction and dust removal machine: the smoke and dust generated during processing are extracted and filtered to make the waste gas emission conform to the environmental protection standards.
13) Slag eliminator: remove the leftover material and waste materials produced during processing.
